Do you need a Coach or Mentor?
You don’t need to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you. Imagine shifting and moving by yourself, from a house that you have lived in your entire life. Moving by yourself, with no help! Can you do this alone? Yes of course you can do it alone! You can do anything. However the process may be overwhelming, stressful, lonely, or with little enjoyment.
Having a holistic coach helps identify, sort and unpack what you have stored and compartmentalised your whole life. The layers are unpacked with love and guidance. I support you to remove and declutter what no longer serves or is needed to make room for greater abundance, joy and love. We work together to find what is sabotaging or blocking your full potential and give you tools and techniques to believe you are worthy of love, abundance, peace and happiness. You may be a leader that is responsible for a team or community and you want to become more self-aware and a mindful leader.

How do you select a mentor or coach?
Once you know that you want to work with a mentor, you need to find the right one that suits you. There are many important things to consider in choosing the right person. This is a special relationship and the most important thing in selection is a coach who you feel very comfortable with. Someone who you feel a connection with and that you trust and feel you can be yourself. The mentor is there to offer you a judgement free space to grow and develop yourself.
All mentors have different wisdom, tools and gifts to share. However if you don’t feel comfortable, connected or safe with them you won’t be open or honest to share yourself or support.

Is something wrong with me if I need a mentor?
No! Absolutely nothing is wrong with you. You are perfect as you are and as you grow. You are doing the best you can with the tools you have right now. Growing can feel overwhelming at times so feeling like you need additional support and guidance from an impartial person is an investment in your growth. What can be more important than investing in your happiness and growth!

What will I receive from a mentor?
A mentor can help support you and and provide tools, offer guidance, and hold a sacred space for your life journey. We do not do the work for you, we are the cheerleader on the side line that has your best interest at heart. We help you navigate your own mind, body, heart and soul to use the magic that is within you to grow and prosper. You receive as much as you are open and willing to stand in your truth to embody your whole self, your passions, move forward into love by letting go of self sabotaging actions or limiting beliefs.

How often do I need to see a mentor?
This is personal and unique for each person and what they want to achieve. You may have one intention and a single session is enough to clarify your direction. You may need someone to support you through big changes in your life. You may need someone that is neutral and will give you a different perspective on decisions you are making. You may need all of the above, it is all individual.
Generally clients are working through changes where deeper shifts need regular support and guidance. I meet with clients fortnightly in the first few months. We then assess what schedule suits you best depending on your requirements.

What is the difference between life coaching and mentoring?
Life coaching generally focuses on helping individuals set and achieve personal or professional goals.
Mentoring involves an experienced individual guiding and sharing their knowledge with a less-experienced person to foster personal or career growth.
I am a mentor as I also incorporate my energy healing abilities to help support you on a holistic level, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

How confidential are coaching and mentoring sessions?
Yes, they absolutely are. Coaching and mentoring sessions are private and confidential.
This is a personal sacred relationship based on trust. There are ethical guidelines to maintain confidentiality and trust. It is important that you feel safe, respected, not judged and supported. Trust and communication are essential for sharing share your life with your mentor.

Can mentoring be conducted online or over the phone?
Yes, many mentoring sessions can be conducted virtually using video, phone calls, or messaging platforms, providing convenience and accessibility. However in person sessions are also fantastic to connect. The programs are flexible to facilitate a combination of in person and remote sessions to suit your needs.

How long does mentoring usually last?
There are set programs to suit individual needs.
The duration of mentoring varies depending on individual needs, goals and life transitions. It can range from weeks, months or years with regular sessions scheduled as needed.
It is important to feel a connection with the mentor and trust your intuition, needs and yourself on the duration.
We change as we grow and can outgrow relationships. It is important to honour your needs and be honest if the relationship is not serving you.

If you are dealing with deep rooted emotional issues or mental health concerns, a therapist, counsellor or healer is very beneficial.
Mentoring is tailored towards personal development, and achieving specific goals.
As an energy healer my mentoring is tailored around the individual on a holistic level which compliments any other therapies.

What is energy healing and Reiki?
Recently there has been a growing interest in alternative approaches to wellness and healing. One such modality that has gained significant attention is energy healing. Energy healing has gentle and profound potential benefits which compliment other traditional therapies and modalities.
Reiki is a type of energy healing modality supporting healing and balancing your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Reiki, a Japanese healing technique, is known for its numerous benefits and its ability to complement other therapies and modalities. The Japanese word Reiki is translated as “universal life force energy”.
Reiki is one of the prominent forms of healing I offer with my mentoring programs. It can help with sleep, relieve stress, anxiety, worry to feel more grounded and be in flow with life.

Can I receive healing while receiving medical, psychological, massage, osteopathy or other treatment?
Yes. Healing and Reiki are complementary to any treatment plans and therapies with successful results.
In fact, Reiki can enhance the effects of other treatments. It can also be used to complement the health care you receive with other health care providers or therapists.
It’s important to note that Reiki is considered a complementary therapy and should not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

What will I feel during or after a Reiki session and is it safe?
Every energy healing modality has a different way of using the universal energy for healing. Some modalities are interactive throughout the session, while others are less interactive during the healing.
When receiving Reiki, it is less interactive during the actual healing.
What happens during a Reiki Treatment?
- Brief discussion on what is happening in your life prior to commencing the healing.
- When the healing commences you lie on a healing bed or in your homme for remote sessions
- I place my hands intuitively on different positions on your body that correlate to the energy system of your body
- Session does not involve any form of physical manipulation and clients are fully clothed.
During a session, you may feel warmth or cold, a tingling sensation, slight twitching, a rumbling tummy, or you may feel absolutely nothing.
We will have a debrief discussion on how you are feeling after the session. A Reiki session can be 45 to 90 minutes.
Each session can vary. You may not feel anything, however it does not mean the healing is not working.
What happens after a Reiki Treatment?
Some may feel sensations during or after the treatment such as: heat, cold, tingling, buzzing, relaxation, sleepiness, mood swings or other temporary symptoms. Your symptoms may be heightened after the treatment which is common and temporary. This will usually last a maximum of three days after the healing integration.
To receive the full benefits of a Reiki treatment, it is important to look after yourself to assist the integration. It is important to drink plenty of water, eating wholesome food and avoid toxins (i.e. nicotine, alcohol, caffeine, processed food etc.) for at least 48hrs after a treatment to aid the cleansing of the body.
